Room to grow.
See how every learner is progressing, and prove your training works.
Your trainers take notes in the room. Skovrum turns them into learner progress, outcomes you can report, handoffs for new managers, and development for the trainers themselves.

Tired of tracking training by hand?
Attendance in one spreadsheet, scores in another, observations in a notebook and survey results in a downloads folder. Skovrum keeps it all in one place, and keeps it up to date while your trainers teach.
- Copying attendance into a tracker after every sessionAttendance taken in a tap, with totals that are always current
- Chasing trainers for their notes before a reviewNotes land on each learner's profile the moment they're written
- Merging survey exports into a slideRatings and comment themes waiting on the dashboard
- Working out whose certification expires nextRenewals listed well before they lapse
- Building the end-of-training report from scratchClass reports and handoffs ready to print
Learners just show up. Skovrum handles the rest.
Skovrum isn't an LMS. It's the workspace for the trainers and managers who run live training.
Nothing for learners to set up
No accounts, no passwords, no seats. Every plan tracks unlimited learners, and the only thing they ever see is a survey link.
Made for live training
Built around the classroom and the call: trainers capture what happens in the room, and managers see where it leads.
A good neighbour to your LMS
Keep your LMS for self-paced courses. Skovrum adds what happens in the room, and who needs help next.
Write it down once. Skovrum does the rest.
A trainer jots one observation during the session. Nobody copies it anywhere, and it still shows up everywhere it's needed.
Jordan's progress
Added to their timeline, with the rating on their competency trend.
Who needs help
Low ratings and missed sessions raise an at-risk flag before anyone has to ask.
Class reports
Counted in the class's competency breakdown, its analytics and the AI summary.
The handoff
Ready for Jordan's new manager the day training ends, with the follow-up still on the list.
Know where every learner stands
Every observation, rating, absence and certification lands on the learner's profile as it happens. Trainers see who needs help this week; managers see progress across every class without chasing anyone for an update.
- A timeline of everything that happened to each learner
- Competency ratings that show progress over time
- Missed topics tracked until someone catches them up
- At-risk flags from attendance and low ratings
- Certifications, retakes and upcoming renewals
Show what your training achieved
Pass rates, attendance and learner ratings roll up across your classes as they happen, so the numbers are ready before anyone asks. Learners rate their own confidence before and after a class, and Skovrum drafts the summary for you to edit.
- First-time pass, attendance and survey ratings across every class
- Before-and-after confidence on each competency
- AI-drafted class summaries and themes from survey comments
- Printable class reports for the people you report to
- Managers see across classes; trainers see their own
Give every new manager a head start
When training ends, print a one-page handoff for each learner: strengths, gaps, attendance, certifications and what to follow up. Private notes stay out. Add a numbered completion certificate when they finish.
- One page per learner, or the whole class at once
- An optional AI summary of each learner's training
- Private notes are never included
- Completion certificates with their own number, so a reprint matches
On Business, certificates carry your organisation's name.
Develop your trainers, not just your learners
Good training depends on good trainers. Coaches score live and practice sessions against one shared scorecard, trainers invite colleagues to observe them, and each trainer's delivery impact builds up class after class.
- A development profile for every trainer
- Scorecard reviews: facilitation, engagement, pacing and more
- Peer observation: ask a colleague to sit in, or observe theirs
- Delivery impact: learners trained, pass rates and ratings
- Coaches decide when an observation is shared
- A printable development report for reviews
Run the room, then hear from it
Keep every topic on time with live mode and a presenter screen for the projector, and let the feedback survey go out to learners on its own.
And everything else a training week needs
The everyday tools that keep a training week running, built around how trainers actually work.
Session notes that stick
The notebook at the heart of it all: observations, tasks and follow-ups captured in the flow of a live class, each tagged to the right learner and searchable later.
Reusable notes
Guided templates turn a blank page into a structured note, and spin the follow-ups straight into tasks, in seconds.
Attendance & certifications
Take attendance in a tap, record certification attempts and scores, and keep the evidence attached to each record.
Every session, one calendar
See the week across all your classes, holidays included, and subscribe from your own calendar app.
Tasks & follow-ups
A shared task list with priorities and due dates, so nothing agreed in a session slips through.
Works offline, stays private
Keep writing when the room has no signal; changes sync when you are back. Private notes stay private, and your data is never sold or used to train AI.
Questions, answered
What's in the demo?
A sample training team's working week: classes that are running, coming up and finished, their learners and sessions (including today's), notes, attendance, certifications, surveys and tasks. Everything works, including live sessions and the AI summaries.
Is the demo private?
No. It's one shared sample workspace: everyone with a demo link sees the same data, including each other's changes, and it resets to fresh sample data every night at midnight US Eastern time. Please don't enter real names or personal information.
How much does Skovrum cost?
Solo is $19 a month for one trainer. Team is $19 a month plus $10 for each trainer after the first, and Business starts at $149 a month. Join by 5 January 2027 and our launch offer takes $10 a month off Solo and Team for as long as you stay. You pay for trainers who write, and read-only viewers are included: one on Solo, two per trainer on Team, unlimited on Business. See pricing for the details.
Can my team start using it?
We're opening Skovrum to new teams soon. Reserve your workspace now: pick a plan and an address, and we'll hold it and email you when we open, before anything is set up or billed.
Yes. Set up your workspace: pick a plan and an address and pay by card, and it's usually ready within a few minutes. See pricing.
Is Skovrum an LMS?
No, and that's on purpose. An LMS hands courses to learners, who sign in to take them. Skovrum is for the people who run live training: trainers record what happens in the room, and managers see progress, outcomes and how their trainers are developing. It sits happily alongside an LMS if you already have one.
Which features need the Team plan?
Learner progress, analytics, reports, handoffs, certificates and AI summaries are on every plan, Solo included. Team adds what takes more than one person: coaching and peer observation, custom roles, the audit log, the team Questions board and announcements. Business adds your own branding. See pricing.
Do learners need accounts?
No. Skovrum is for the people who run training. Learners never sign in and never need a seat: every plan includes unlimited learner profiles, and the only thing a learner sees is a survey link you send them.
Is there anything to install?
No. Skovrum runs in the browser (Chrome, Edge and Safari on Windows and Mac) and works on tablets and phones too.
Where is our data kept?
On Cloudflare's network, encrypted in transit. Your organisation owns what its trainers record; we don't sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
