What’s new in Skovrum

The bigger updates, newest first. Small fixes ship continuously in the background. The app updates itself when they land.

Official launch · July 2026
1.0

Class is in session.

Skovrum 1.0 is here: one calm workspace for every class, learner, and session. Welcome in.

v1.7 July 2026

Supervisor accounts for coaches and team leads

  • A read-only role for ongoing support. Add a teammate as a Supervisor and they get read-only visibility into every class — rosters, sessions, observations, attendance, and comments — without being able to change anything. It's built for the people who coach agents after training and need to stay in the loop.
  • Full report access. Supervisors can export the class report, per-learner reports, and the client roll-up for any class, so they can pull what they need for reviews and check-ins on their own.
v1.6 July 2026

An AI head start for learner-by-learner reviews

  • Per-learner summaries in the class report. Turn on per-learner AI summaries when you generate a class report and each learner gets their own short, editable note — drawn from their attendance, progress ratings, certifications, and your non-private observations. It's built for the review meetings where you go person by person, alongside the class-wide summary you already get. Off by default; flip it on per report.
  • Cleaner report summaries. AI summaries now render their headings and bullet points properly in the printed report instead of showing stray asterisks.
v1.5 July 2026

Push a task to next week in one click

  • Snooze a task. Every task with a due date now has a snooze button beside it — bump it to Tomorrow or Next week without opening the calendar. Picking an exact date works exactly as before.
  • Archived classes step aside. Archived classes now sit under their own Archived heading at the bottom of every class list instead of crowding the classes you're actually teaching. They stay pickable on purpose — a learner or follow-up that slipped through still needs somewhere to go — and if you file something into one, Skovrum flags it and offers to unarchive the class on the spot.
  • Fixes & polish. Steady reliability and quality-of-life improvements across the app.
v1.3 July 2026

Get anywhere in two keystrokes

  • Command palette. Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on Mac) from any screen and start typing — any class, learner, or session is one Enter away, along with quick actions like a new task or private note. Open it empty and your pinned and recently viewed items are already waiting. Quick-capture now lives on Ctrl+Shift+K.
  • Pin what matters. Star a class or learner to keep it at the top of its list on every device you use.
  • Export what you see. The Learners and Classes lists (and both Manage lists) now export a CSV of exactly the rows your filters and search show — or just the ones you've selected.
  • Lists remember your place. Open a learner from a long list and come back — you're right where you left off, not back at the top.
  • Long lists open faster. Big rosters and class lists now load a page at a time rather than all at once, with a Show more button to bring in the rest.
  • Fixes & polish. Steady reliability and quality-of-life improvements across the app.
v1.1 July 2026

Built for bigger rosters

  • Filter & sort every list. A new Filters panel on the Learners, Classes, and Manage screens narrows long lists by affiliate, class, type, trainer, status, or flag — and sorts by name, start date, recent activity, or certification progress. Active filters show as one-tap chips.
  • Bulk actions everywhere. Select mode now works on the Learners and Classes screens too — filter down to exactly the right group, select all, and enroll or archive in one move.
  • Fixes & polish. Steady reliability and quality-of-life improvements across the app.
v1.0 July 2026

Skovrum 1.0: everything in the notebook

  • Session notes. A rich composer with inline #tags and @mentions. Observations file themselves to the right learner and stay searchable long after the room clears.
  • Guided note templates. Reusable structures with fill-in prompts and live class, session, and date tokens; the follow-ups you jot become real tasks the moment you save.
  • Attachments. Paste or drag images and PDFs straight into notes, replies, and learner profiles.
  • Classes & rosters. Every class carries its roster, sessions, topics, and certifications. Topics are shared across classes of the same type, so good structure gets reused.
  • Learner profiles. Health chips flag who needs attention this week; notes, attendance, and certs roll up per learner.
  • Attendance. One tap per learner per session, with class holidays respected in scheduling.
  • Certifications. Attempts, scores, and evidence files per learner, with first-time pass rate surfaced in reporting.
  • Learner surveys. Reusable templates scoped by class type, shared as a plain link or a scannable QR code, anonymous, spam-throttled, and auto-closing.
  • Analytics. Outcomes, attendance, and satisfaction plotted over time, plus AI-drafted weekly class summaries and survey comments grouped into readable themes, on request.
  • Tasks & follow-ups. A shared team workspace with assignees, priorities, and due dates, so nothing agreed in a session slips through.
  • Calendar. The week at a glance across every class, easy rescheduling, and a private feed you can subscribe to from Apple, Google, or Outlook.
  • Daily digest. An optional morning email with what needs your attention, and a one-click way to opt back out.
  • My Notebook. A personal space for the notes that don’t belong to any class.
  • Trainer development. Development profiles, coaching notes, and delivery impact over time, so the whole team gets stronger.
  • Works offline. Keep writing when the room has no signal; changes queue and sync the moment you’re back.
  • Built for teams. Managers and trainers each see the right things, and private observations stay private.
  • Secure by default. Cookie-based sessions, throttled sign-ins, and self-serve password reset keep accounts safe without friction.
  • Fast to drive. Quick capture with a keystroke, jump-to-search, session-to-session navigation without the mouse, and full light and dark themes.
  • Always current. Skovrum tells you the moment a new version is ready and refreshes itself.
  • Fixes & polish. Steady reliability and quality-of-life improvements across notes, classes, and certifications.
