Questions about pricing
How does the launch offer work?
Reserve or start Solo or Team by 5 January 2027 and you pay $10 a month less than the usual price for as long as your subscription lasts: Solo is $9 instead of $19, and Team is $19 instead of $29 for two trainers, with $10 for each trainer after that as usual. If you reserve now, the offer is kept for you until you pay. Like all our prices, it can change with notice under our Terms. Business isn't part of the offer.
Do learners need an account or a seat?
No. Skovrum is for the people who run training, not the people taking it. Learners never sign in, and every plan includes unlimited learner profiles. Learners only see the survey links you choose to send them.
What counts as a trainer?
Anyone whose role lets them write in Skovrum: trainers, training leads and admins. People who only read (a manager checking reports, say) are read-only viewers and don't use a trainer seat.
Are read-only viewers really free?
Yes. Solo includes one, Team includes two for every trainer, and Business has no limit.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything: settings for features the new plan doesn't include are kept and come back if you move up again. If you have more trainers than the new plan's seats, your admins get 7 days to free or add seats; after that the extra trainers become read-only until there's a seat for them.
What happens if we cancel?
Your data is yours. An admin can export everything, or download a full encrypted backup, whenever they like. When your subscription ends, the workspace is paused, and admins can still sign in and download everything for 30 days.
When can we start?
We're opening Skovrum to new teams soon. Reserve your workspace now: pick a plan and the address you'd like, and we'll hold it for you. When we open, we'll email you to confirm the details, then set up your workspace and send your admin an invitation. Nothing is billed until then.
How does getting started work?
Pick a plan, choose your workspace address and pay by card. Your workspace is usually ready within a few minutes, and you get an email to set up your account. Prefer an invoice? Business can be invoiced: talk to us.
